Cauliflower

RECIPE Cauliflower Roasted to a Char

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

1 Head of Cauliflower cut into bite size florets
2 TB of Olive Oil
Salt & fresh Pepper
1/4 Cup of finely chopped Parsley

METHOD

1. Heat the oven to 450〫F
2. Toss the Cauliflower florets with Olive Oil & add Salt & Pepper.
2. Transfer to an oven proof deep sided dish or a cookie sheet, in a single layer.
3. Oven roast for about 25 minutes or until the florets are tender, browned, & slightly charred.
4. Allow to cool for a few minutes & plate.
