I have spent many years up against a stove. Years of too many trials and errors to remember. Today I consider my self rather good at it, though completely self-taught. I remain passionate about the look and the taste of food. In my previous life the days were spent in the advertising world in New York City, and a few nights a week my wife and I, and occasionally friends and clients dined in the diversity of restaurants that the city offers. Today we live in the Hudson Valley, which gives us access to many of the freshest ingredients available.  And now it’s a joy sharing a life of culinary experiences and turning it into this new internet adventure. I cook for my ourselves and our friends, and derive great pleasure presenting the evening’s dinner on the morning’s Blog.
